What is the electricity consumption of an individual sauna?
It depends on the model and size, but on average a home sauna uses around 2-3 kW per session. You can relax without worrying about your electricity bill.
How many people fit in a single sauna?
Generally, the individual sauna is designed for one person, although there are models for two (in case you feel like sharing the relaxation… or need more space to stretch out).
Can it be installed outdoors?
Yes, of course. There are wooden saunas for terraces or gardens, with special protection against the humidity and sun typical of Malaga.
What is the difference between a Finnish sauna and an infrared sauna?
The Finnish sauna for home use works with dry heat and higher temperatures. The infrared sauna heats the body directly, not so much the air. Both are relaxing and help you disconnect, but the experience is different.
